The delivery time varies depending on your location, the availability of the product and the shipping method of your choice. However, we aim to deliver your order within 7-10 business days.

Currently, we only deliver within the United States and to your choice of an Amazon fulfillment center (FBA) . We are working on expanding our services to other countries in the near future.

Our MOQ differs for each individual SKU. There's no minimum spending threshold, so you can order as per your needs.

Our policy is to adhere strictly to MOQs to maintain a competitive advantage for our buyers by reducing market competition. While we generally do not sell below MOQ, exceptions might be made for specific products. Feel free to inquire about purchasing different quantities, and we will provide detailed information regarding your query.

We do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs will be confirmed when an order request is placed. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for freight charges. The buyer bears the cost of the shipment and owns the goods in transit. If you opt for shipping, the cost will be included in the sales order after providing the shipping address. We are not responsible for delays and/or any damage that may occur in transit. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.  

We have longstanding relationships with well-established vendors who are known to provide authentic products. Additionally, we have direct relationships with some brands, and we conduct thorough research and validation on our partners before considering doing business with them.

Yes, we ship to Amazon FBA. Please keep in mind that our shipments are typically in cases or pallets.

Yes, we offer various types of prep services, including FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, bundling, and more. The price can vary depending on the item, quantity and requirements. If you would like to add any services to the order, please inquire at the time of ordering.
